Fees
Free initial consultation: Yes, Usually, with just a phone conversation, I can consult with a prospective client, family member or friend, and recommend a course of action in defense of any criminal accusation, and quote a fee for such a defense.
Hourly Rates: Hourly rates are only used to provide legal services when they do not result in an arrest and court appearance. For example, I will accompany someone when being questioned by law enforcement authorities, or when issued a subpoena to testify in a criminal matter, whether or not that testimony might result in a subsequent criminal charge.
Fixed-Price Services: All of my work is peformed for an agreed-upon fixed price. That price will not change for the quoted work, as long as the charges generally remain the same throughout the defense of the case. But every individual case is exactly that - an individual matter. There are several factors that I take into consideration in quoting the defense of any matter, and sometimes the defense of the same charge in the same court will be quoted differently than oneanother, as other variables require difference consideration.
